Functions:

The Vice-President shall have the following specific duties:

He shall perform the tasks of the President during the latter's absence for whatever cause.
He shall perform the duties that the President and/or the Administrative Council may assign to him.
He shall assume the Office of the President in case of the latter's death, incapacity or resignation.
