Born: July 3, 1953 in Langtad, Naga, Cebu. Ordained Priest: Dec. 7, 1979. Appointed titular bishop of Vicensi Caesaris and auxiliary bishop of Cebu: May 31, 1995. Ordained bishop: July 12, 1995. Appointed second bishop of Maasin: January 20, 1998.  Installed: March 10, 1998.
